Signs & Symptoms

1. For light infection, individual will presents with asymptomatic manifestation.

2. If the worm load is heavy, patient will present with:

Mucus diarrhea or chronic dysentery

Abdominal pain

And for some young children may develop

Rectal prolapse

Stunted growth
